Catalina Garcia is a licensed Realtor® who is passionate about doing her best in all she does and inspiring others to do the same. She graduated from Champions School of Real Estate back in 2016. She is also a member of the National Associations of Realtors which requires adherence to the Realtor's code of ethics and constant training and evaluation. She stays sharp with the changing real estate laws and always up to date in the knowledge of the market conditions pertaining to Real Estate.
She has helped many families buying, selling, renting and investing in San Antonio's real estate market accumulating over 50 transactions and more than 9 million dollars in sales. She has the experience, knowledge and integrity to understand the value and importance of assisting and advising families through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Previous to becoming a Realtor, she graduated from the University of Los Andes with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Music. In her spare time she enjoys participating in choirs, both as a singer and a conductor. She also loves giving back to the community through her volunteer service at church where she has helped as primary and youth leader, Sunday School teacher, and served in a women's global charitable organization. She is the mother of 7 children and loves living in San Antonio.
